Portable Battery Operated Beacon Lamps

Available in Xenon Flashing, Pulsed (flashing) Filament, Static (non-flashing) Filament, Revolving LED, Pulsed LED and Static LED models.

LED models with running times of up to 175 hours from a single charge are available.

XFL/LA, RFL/LA, PSL/LA, SBL/LA units with fold-down carrying handle and renewable skids. Skids may be replaced with dual-magnet option at extra cost.

All units feature UV-stabilised polycarbonate lenses, available in Red, Amber, Green, Blue and Clear; incorporating side and crown fresnel lensing for enhanced visibility.

Sealed lead-acid Battery Operated Beacon Lamps and Battery Box incorporate 'charge required' indicator lamp for early low voltage status warning to help prevent deep-cycling of battery.

Order separate Plug-In-Charger unit accessory as required. A single charger unit can be used to charge a number of beacons ‘one-at-a-time’.

For powering external units, a separate lead-acid Battery-Box EB/LA, fitted with standard socket, is available.

L Series

Xenon lead-acid (XFL)

360° All-round and 270° All-over visibility.
2.5 Joule, 5 Joule and 11 Joule options.
Repetitive dual flash (DH) [11 Joule units] and single flash (SH) versions.
Standard sealed lead-acid battery for easy user replacement.
Uses include temporary helipad and airfield marking.

LED lead-acid

RFL/LED, PSL/LED and SBL/LED

360° All-round visibility.
RFL/LA Revolving (simulated rotating) LED.
PSL/LA Pulsed (flashing) LED.

Fold-down handle and renewable skids.
Pulsed beacon (PSL/LA) has 50% duty cycle (equal on/off periods).
Standard sealed lead acid battery for easy user replacement.
Low current-draw allows long usage times between re-charges.
